Hi, I’m unable to log into my 02 account on the app.
each time I try to login it tells me I need to wait 48 hours after registering and it’s been much longer than that.
i have the correct password and email address but I need help.

O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
