For the last weel I have had this error message whenever I try to check my data balance on myO2.

I am using Firefox on GNU Linux. (MX19)  Who's daft enough to use windwoes these days?

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to mymobile.o2.co.uk. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

If I turn of Ublock origin AND EFF Privacy badger it makes no difference.

I DO NOT want the app! I value privacy which is why I won't use microshaft products.

Any support would be welcome. For a telecom company, O2 sure leave a lot to be desired.

Thanks

It's a known issue.

You can access your data on your mobile just using the web browser, you dont need to use the App..

Have you tried with any other browser such Konqueror or Chromium, Midori or Opera as I haven't any issues with Debian on my Cosmo or Kali on my laptop??

Hello

Has there been any update with this issue?

I'm also experiencing the same problem today when accessing the MyO2 website from various devices.

I can use the o2 app on my phone to view my remaining data quota, but I just get an error in the app if I try & top up or buy a bolt on.

Thanks

GrahamN

Clear browser cache and data and try again as O2 think they have fixed it now.
