Unable to access my bills,I just find a continuous loop asking me to sign in to My O2 when I am in M

Unable to access my bills through My O2 just get a never ending loop asking me to sign in even though signed in. Just trying to see why charged extra airtime on unlimited plan.

Me too     after being a trusted member for 15 yrs. 02 has deteriorated in the past 18m ish. Im thinking of leaving its nothing like the Co. it used to be . I spent 1/2 hr trying to get in. Tho my name was already listed on the top of the page after the first attempt, as is usual . Appalling start to a Mon making me late. AND why has my bill, which i cant view DOUBLED  this month.  ?? Another reason to look elsewhere folks
