Please, I can’t access my O2 account, it’s been saying it will be available after 48 hours and it’s been 5 days now. How do I get it fixed.

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
You can call O2 on 202
Or use the social media links below

Call customer services on 202 and speak to them. They are recording cases and escalating them as I’ve just spoken to them this morning.
