Unable to Register eSIM - No Network Access

I recently updated my tariff and chose the eSIM option. However, it seems that my phone network has already been switched to the eSIM, leaving me without a network connection.

Now, I'm unable to log into my O2 account to register the eSIM because the login process requires me to verify my identity via a text message code. Since I don't have network access, I'm unable to receive this code and complete the login.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

@KaliQ

You will need to use a differenct phone or Skype to contact o2, as no one on this customer to customer community can help.  Guide: How to find help & contact O2

And to be honest not sure why you need to switch to an esim as part of a tariff change, as you are causing a world of pain for your self in the future... Unless you have a bleedin good reason to switch to an esim stay with a plastic sim...

Thank you! On reflection I have no idea why I did, it said it was the easiest option so thought why not.

Wish I had stuck now!

Thanks again
