Hi
Probably really obvious but multiple searches here brought no results...
I used to have 2 phones in one account with Virgin mobile. One switched to O2 a few months ago and I can see all details in the app and online. The second switched last week and I can't see any way to add it....
Any suggestions?

Probably best to message them although you can try 202 from your handset

At the moment O2 have said combining of accounts will not happen until after all the Virgin Accounts have been brought across.
So you can't add it at the moment

Cheers - so there's just no way I can see anything at all for the second phone? They are both attributed to the same email address. I can't even find where to get in touch with O2 and ask them 🤦🏻♂️
