Hi there,

So I have asked PAYG cust services 7 times now (over a period of 10 days) to remove balance notification texts.

I did this on my Dad's number, mine over the year and now tried with the Wife's. 7 phone calls later and wont come off.

I have explained with each agent that it wont come off, they assure me its unticked, saved and re-freshed. I've rebooted the phone, left it off, waited 24 hours minimum each time before the next call to them.

I really don't know what else to do, any help is appreciated please?

I've also changed phone just in case and that made no difference and also SIM.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks
