Hi all, just seeking clarity on the terms of the travel inclusion zone. I appear to have it on my tariff but it then says it costs £6 a day when used. Screenshot below from my own o2 page. Guidance/advice welcome as always. Going to Australia later in the year and this would make life a lot easier. Cheers.

In that case, you have to pay the £6 a day.

The "free" refers to it being a free bolt on to add, but not free when used.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It depends which bolt on you have showing in your MyO2.

O2 Travel is £6.00 a day.

O2 Travel Inclusive is free.
