Good morning, I have purchased a phone an a new sim (I’m a new customer at o2), I have received a confirmation email of my order (but not that it was dispatched just yet). I am having some issues logging in and when I’m able to do it my order doesn’t appear in the web. I’m waiting to any change or update in my emails to not call cs as I know it’s not really an urgent issue but anyone had the same situation? Thanks!
