I’ve topped up (£15) this morning and now I’ve received an sms with “great news” that I’ve got a fresh £10 data Big Bundle with Unlimited mins, texts and 7GB of data to use before 13 Nov and they’ve taken £10 from my balance. What is this about?

Your account is set to use the £10 bundle.

If you want the £15 one, you need to change it in your MyO2.

You can call O2 on 4445 if you want to swap immediately.
