Hi @Liam1davies

Not sure what you mean exactly? If you no longer want a Big Bundle top up and want a simple Classic PAYG tariff, then you need to look at Tesco or Giffgaff as O2 no longer do the Classic tariff.

If you need further help, then please come back and explain in more detail.

If you need info on topping up then check this guide Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

@Liam1davies

All PAYG bundles come with unlimited calls and texts, the only option you can choose is the amount of data you get.

You can change tariff to any of those available in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Log into your account and see if you can change your tariff @Liam1davies , or upgrade, to a deal more suitable to you.

If those options are not there then you can try contacting customer services to see if they can change it.

You can message them on on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG
