I topped up my account by ten pounds and then changed my tarif, the tarif apparently did not take the ten pound in my account and so I have now lost the ten pounds due to data being turned on on my phone most the time and placing a couple of calls, i am very disappointed in the service as I had topped up ten pounds specifically for the tarif ahead of changing it, is there any good reason why my tarif did not take the money from my account and instead has cost me and I will not be able to top up ths month.

If this was before the anniversary date of the bundle renewal then yes it will use the money to pay for data.

You can try and call 4445 and see if they can do anything for you.
