Hey folks as my contract is ending and I'm lossing my 30% discount it time to move back to giffgaff and use some of the credit I have waiting for me.

I will be porting out however I need some advice.

I took out my contract on 16/07/2018 so I would have thought it ends on 15/07/2020 except on my O2 under upgrades it tells me the contract ends on 15/06/2020

Can I PAC out before the 15/06/2020 and just pay my monthly bill on that day? Or do I need to wait a month untill the 15/07/2020 to PAC out so not to incur extra cost/have to pay for a month once I've left?

My monthly bill is £25.05 and I requested a PAC via texting 65075, it said it estimates charges of £27.80 if I left now.

Solution should not have been set, it didn't answer the question I asked.

Also "15/06 is 24 months from when you started." Is incorrect.

I've checked myself and I have to pay until 15/07/2020 despite under upgrade options the app saying 15/06/2020 so I will PAC out just prior to 15/07/2020 rather before 15/06/2020 to ensure I get full use out of what I'm paying for like I said the intention was.

PAC out whenever you want. O2 will bill you to the end date of your contract and produce the final bill when your number ports.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Either the 15th June is my last bill and I'll be charged until then or its the 15th July, I don't want to pay for a month I've not been able to use because I've left early. And I don't want to stay a month longer than the contract either.

£27.62 it says which seems random, as it should be a £25.05 bill, not sure what it's estimating for.

Still a P20 Pro for £25 a month hasn't been bad haha

It's a random amount because it's calculating 1 month and a few days.

It is assuming you are going to leave today.
