I posted a question relating to my inability to actually get the correct phone number linked to my O2 account on this board a day for so ago. I had some rubbish about being awarded some kind of kudos for my contribution but no actual advice, In fact I managed to get the phone linked by sheer perseverance with no help from O2 at all.
Now I find that I can get onto my O2 web page but can't seem to actually check my bill, yet more madness....

O2's social media channels are always on hand to help if needed.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
