Terrible first experience with O2

Only moved across 2 days ago and already planning on cancelling. Gave the pac code as part of taking out the 12 month deal…..pac code not initiated. Called them after a day re my number not swapping back and had to give my pac code again verbally. Promised and emailed that my number would swap over by 6pm today. 7.30pm and 60 mins of waiting on hold….and informed it will be tomorrow by 6pm….down in their system but no one bothered to tell me!
