Tarrif limit of 50gb , why ?

This is the worse time to be on O2 contract and I honestly think I wanna just pay off the device and be done with O2. I'm on the highest tarrif available (50GB of data / unlimited text and calls) however I'm working from home and my WiFi is not great so I use alot of data which always runs out meaning I end up buying bolt one because O2 don't provide the option to upgrade the tarrif to more than 50GB. It's such a scam and my bill is sky high every month. I feel financially extorted and on top of that there's no live chat or customer care available. I'm not enjoying being an O2 customer at all .

I'm on 100gb.

If you are sim only, you can get 100GB for £20 a month.
