I've received a sms message which says I that I am currently out of my minimum contract term and that I can choose to stay on the same tariff or move tariff. I wish to stay of the same tariff. Do I need to do anything ? I can't see an option to remain on same tariff.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Do nothing and you will stay exactly as you are..

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
