Good afternoon all,
I was legible for an upgrade for my 18 Month sim contract, I was on a 4GB package for £11:16 a month. I thought I would log into my 02 (yesterday) and see what deals they had, luckily they had a 6GB package for only £10:14 a month, bargain!! I changed tariff there and then, I got the confirmation by e-mail stating my tariff would change today to 6GB package for £10:14. However when I check my 02 tariff details on my phone it says I’m changing to 3GB package for £10:14. Confused as I was, I went to my 02 to chat to an 02 advisor and it was painful, they had no idea what was going on, what I was talking about, but said they could offer me a new tariff. After an hour and no joy I had to get back to work. Basically I didn’t get what I signed up for and now have a tariff that is worse than my old one. Anyone else experienced this issue?

This will be an Extra offered. When you use your 1st 3GB then the 2nd extra allowance will start.
