Switch to O2.

Hello O2 Community,

 

When I bought my new handset from O2, I also applied for a switch from my current provider to O2. I have already provided the PAC a few days ago. Please could anyone tell me when this switch will take place? Thank you in advance.

 

Please note that the O2 SIM card number is: 07561 440749

Nothing will happen over the weekend but you need to check with O2 if request was accepted.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Can anyone from O2 help me with private messages? Today, I called O2 customer services on 202, and they asked me the PAC number. I have already provided it a few days ago. The problem is not solved.

Now that you have spoken to O2 they will process the port for you.

You should get a text with the changeover date.
