Morning

Recently joined and trying to contact O2 to give them a PAC code from EE to switch a phone number.

Is there a way I can do this in MYO2, I cant see one?

Trying to phone O2 on 03448090202 seems completely pointless as i keep getting disconnected after being told to visit MyO2.

Very frustrating.

Thanks

Mark

If the help above does not work...  more contact numbers in here, @Mark17 :

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Take any of the numbers, if you get to the recorded music, hang-in there, and say nothing in response to the service prompt - you will get through to a human operator after about 20secs.

Good luck.
