I was the Virgin mobile user and try to change O2. I received the Sim Card from O2 and reported the PAC code to keep my number yesterday. Currently, my phone status is " No service". Can I swap the Sim Card with O2?

You need to contact O2 to migrate your number across.
Guide: Migration & porting into O2
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
