My O2 account has been suspended due to suspected fraud, and due to this I have been without all phone and internet service for 6 days now. Customer Services say the can’t help because it’s with the Fraud Team and said to email them at o2fraudteam@o2.com. I have emailed the Fraud Team several times and got no response, although o2 still took the time to send me a bill!
Can anyone help please?

Sadly no one can help you.
You'll have to wait for the fraud team to complete their investigation and they won't tell you anything as legally they can't.
