Good afternoon,

My mum has tried to report my stolen phone but cannot get through to the number O2 provides on the website, so I thought it would be best to email O2 about it to report it stolen. it was stolen on Saturday in a night club in Manchester. She tried to call yesterday but they said they had no one available so to report it today. She tried again but hasn't managed to get through yet.

Please can you send me a new sim card with my number?

I will have to come into an O2 store on Thursday as that is my next day off to get a new phone.

my number is xxxxxxxxxxx. Please ring my mum to discuss any of this further xxxxxxxxxxxx

I hope you can help

Thank you

Katie

Current O2 customer

@Katie25

You need to contact O2.

This is not O2 so we, as customers, cannot help you, sorry.

You should also remove personal details as the forum is open to the public.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
