How do I add a spend cap on my account?

You will need to call o2 im afraid on 202 from your handset or 0844 809 0202

You can also try live chat when and if available @ https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or visiting the support tab in the myo2 application, and starting a conversation..

If calling, the information below should help
when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
