Hi, I'm trying to do the simple task of increasing my spend cap from zero to £5, a task which could be done instantly on the fly with my old provider.
I'm on hold on the phone for 25 mins, a text I've sent will be responded to in 2 hours, and live chat all the agents are apparently busy.
Is there any other way to do this, the simplest of tasks without all this bother? Close to using my 14 day cool off at this point .
I will tag on of the gurus and see if they can help, but usually you need to call in and 25minutes on hold isn't that long to be fair.
