Hi, I'm trying to do the simple task of increasing my spend cap from zero to £5, a task which could be done instantly on the fly with my old provider.
I'm on hold on the phone for 25 mins, a text I've sent will be responded to in 2 hours, and live chat all the agents are apparently busy.
Is there any other way to do this, the simplest of tasks without all this bother? Close to using my 14 day cool off at this point .
