Spam calls

I keep receiving calls from numbers starting 0843… they only last one ring tone. If I try to call back there is always an extra charge. I have been blocking these numbers but they change and carry on doing the same. It is annoying and I don’t know how this started or how to stop it.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Why are you ringing back? Very few reputable companies use 0843 numbers these days.

The fact you have means they will have flagged you for more calls

O2 have to allow these calls through by law

@FG1 DON'T CALL THE NUMBERS BACK!

Block the numbers and report them free to 7726.
Don’t open any links or enter any information if you receive a text from any of those numbers.
