Something weird about my account and My O2

Hello everyone,

 

I had my sim card activated for the first time a few days ago and have been on a £15 Big Bundle. This morning I received a message from O2UK: "Thanks for choosing our £10 data Big Bundle. Your credit's been swapped for data, mins, and texts." The rest of the text message has a link that I clicked on and took me to AppleStore to download the My O2 app, which was already installed on my phone and I have been using it. When I tried to reopen the My O2 app through Apple Store, I was logged out, and each time I tried to log in, I received the error message: "My O2 isn't available to you yet. If you're new to O2, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready if it's been longer than 48 hours, get in touch and we'll look into it for you." 

When I call 4444, though, I can hear about my balance. So, 2 things I have problem with: 

 

1- Why did I receive the text message stating I have £10 Data Big Bundle?

2- Why am I logged out of the app and cannot log back in?

Any help is appreciated.

Try deleting the app and reinstalling it as this sometimes helps.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
