I have 2 O2 sim cards, but when I log in to my O2 only 1 sim is showing, I am being billed for both sims.
The number that is showing on my O2 is [removed] and the number that doesn't appear on my account is [removed]
I wish to make changes to my account and so I would like to be able to access both numbers.
Can you please get back to me informing me how to do this.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
