I've had my original number of Lebara that I had with O2 migrated to my new contract. My old sim card was disconnected and number transferred (I can see that when I look into My O2) but the new sim is not connected and the phone says SIM not provisioned when I put new sim in to my phone. The new SIM worked fine before migration of my number. Ive tried reseting the network settings, restarting phone few times but nothing works. I cant call customer services and they are not responding. NOW MY BOTH SIMS show same message SIM IS NOT PROVISIONED. I can't make any calls. I am using wifi and sharing this problem. PLEASE HELP.

@Discussions1

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
