Did you advise O2 of the loss, @Martin42? The way to do that is here: Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it - and if your contract has been cancelled somehow, you may need to contact O2, the ways are here: Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Hopefully if you were on Pay Monthly, or Contract, your contract has not been passed onto Moorcroft Debt Recovery Services, as it will be them you need to deal with.
