Help. I don’t have any service. Even when I try to manually select a carrier. My phone is either in SOS or No Service. I can’t sign into myo2 website because it wants to send me a text message to confirm that it’s me. But I don’t have access to my service to receive the text. Catch 22. I’ve turned my phone on and off, manually selected all carriers.

You'll need to go in store with photo ID or message O2 online Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I can’t go in store because I’m in USA (yes I have a bolt on. I’ve been traveling for 8 years no problems) - do you know how to message them online? I have been trying to contact them but I always seem to end up here

Wasn't aware you were in USA!

Social media links in the guide I gave you above.

Hi,
Can I check if this worked in the end?
I'm about to travel to the US and want to check what my options are in case my phone gets stolen. Is it possible to log on to O2 (and get a new esim, for instance) if my phone gets stolen and I no longer have access to my texts for 2FA?

Create another contact number in MyO2 and you will be able to select that.

Mine is my wife's number on another network

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Enlli, message 7 of 7: This method is applicable as a temporary way to let yourself use a second number you have to hand as a way to ensure you can still log in to your myo2 account when you're performing a sim swap? I tried to start a swap in a store earlier but many hours later I still only have the old SIm working and the new one, when I've tried inserting that, gives "emergency calls only".
