hi there, for months I've not been receiving my data or text services and I cannot figure out why. My bill is up to date and its really frustrating because I have no idea how to resolve this. I also want to upgrade my phone but when ever I'm on my o2 app and click the 'upgrade' option it always shows a message stating that there was an issue and to try again later. If you can help, please let me know what I should do. Thankyou.
