There is a vat breakdown on all bills Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

Bills are now VAT inclusive for Domestic Accounts.

To get VAT receipts you need to contact O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
