I am unable to login to myo2 on my android mobile phone. I keep requesting the security sms but not receiving them. I can send and receive all other SMS. My number is ***********. This has happened since I put my sim into a different device as my old one is broken. Please help

Odd. Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received) may give you a hint, but it sounds like the messages app on the replacement phone either needs to be updated, or the handset has unintentionally been set to block messages from "O2 UK" in your message app, or in your contacts - check your spam settings and your blocked or spam messages.

A new sim may help.
Pop instore with photo ID and ask a member of staff to swap your old sim for a new one.
