Hi I have just got an O2 sim and put into my phone and all works well, so I sent for another sim for my wifes phone. Not here yet. I got a text from O2 to text "SWAP" to activate the sim, and my account shows 2 numbers and shows "Select the product you want to use" It looks like I can only use the sims in one phone. HELP.
