I have received a text from O2 advising me that the free Disney account is coming to an end I will be charged if I don’t cancel. I have no Disney account with O2 - I have it free with Amazon Prime and have cancelled this one already as I never use it. When I looked at my extras the Disney is not there. There is a link to click on from the o2 text but obvs reluctant to click please advise

It's obviously a phising scam if you don't have Disney.

Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

Also, as an additional check, O2 never text from a mobile number.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
