Scam from o2 employees

02 upgrade contract advisor and scam department involved in scam they ask for 6 security digit and they change my detail on account they change my username and password but I recovered and there I phone order from my account I cal to 202 again and they want again this security digit and they want access to my account again and scam department not stop this order I am so confused how this big company run by scammers plz take action against your team and cheak my all cal record to your scam department team and contract upgrade department this phon is going to another adrees this is very disappointed for me how I believe to o2
