Scam ? Change of terms and conditions

 I noticed a message /email or similar purporting to be from 02  threatening to stop my service if I didnt agree to the terms and conditions theyd provided

I'm assuming this is a scam as theres no recollection of any other text about this. Cant find anything . And threatening in these words doesnt sound like 02. 

I opened the message but havent tried the link, I was running out of juice. 

Do you agree ? Or have their been changes of conditions recently.

PS where is the link to ask to be notified of replies please. ?

Hi bamnbino    can i still use chat from my laptop, for a deaf person that was wonderful and so easy.  Now Im getting info re android  device. I do have tablet with android and bluetooth but bluetooth is not always reliable
