I received this offer for the buds if I bought out a contract for the samsung galaxy 23 256gb model(also applicable to s23 ultra 512gb).
More than 30 days have passed without receiving my voucher, so I contacted customer service, who claimed there was no record of this promotion.
Fortunately I had screenshotted the offer aswell as the terms, and emailed them to the customsr agent, who said he will have a resolution in 24-48 hours.
Did anyone else receive this offer yet not receive their code?
Has anyone received their code for this particular offer?
I will update accordingly once customer service have got back to me, for anyone in the same boat.

Yes I have the same screen shot and took the offer of a s23ultra 512 with amazon prime or Disney ect and galaxy buds for a £1 but I'm way past 30 days in and still have nothing

Meanwhile I'm also still waiting for a new code. I should have had the code in early June. It finally arrived (after much bugging through phone calls and chat on the O2 app) on July 7th when, unsurprisingly, it didn't work (the code had expired. Go figure). Since then I've been on the phone even more trying to get a new one sent (I'd hoped the time when the customer support tried it herself and couldn't get it to work would be the point where it might soon get resolved, but alas no, a week later and nothing). I've just got off the phone with customer support again who are back to the story that the system is slow processing this and there's a delay getting replacement codes out, and there's no timescale on when they will be dispatching them.
Whilst I'm waiting another few days before calling again I'll probably put a written complaint in about the situation. I get that delays sometimes happen with these things, but the total lack of communication about it from O2 is rather appalling. I'd be somewhat less concerned about the situation if they at least emailed/texted us updates on the situation

Those are the wrong Terms and Conditions.
O2 ran 2 promotions for Samsung Buds. The first one was in April/May (when the buds were free with a purchase of the S23) Those are the Ts&Cs for that promotion.
The 2nd promotion was in June/July where the buds were available for £1.00 with purchase of the S23. The Terms and Conditions for that promotion are no longer available online. Luckily one of our members @Ish4dowfiend took screenshots. See above.

I just rang O2 on 202 and got told that they were having problems with this promotion. They explained that the new way to claim would be that I would receive a link, have to enter my bank account details and then make a £0 payment. It sounds an unusual way to claim.
