Hi,
I’ve received a few SMS messages from O2UK recently which at first glance appear genuine, however include links to a domain that I don’t recognise - https://myo2uk.co
I reported the first one to 7726 thinking it was bogus, but after receiving a 2nd one I’m now thinking they may in fact be genuine.
Could anyone please confirm whether the messages are bona fide and if this is indeed a genuine O2 domain?

Definitely dodgy.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text or number to 7726 - It's free.

Another giveaway is the reference in the SMS to O2 Guru chat - the Guru scheme was phased out earlier this year, with O2 replacing it with Tech Support generally across all staff in a store, instead of a select few of the team at each store. Most references to Guru are now also gone from the main O2 site.
Crafty, these scammers, @bobblue.

Looking a bit deeper (I am an IT geek)
The domain was registered with wildwestdomains
And the domain was registered in 2021 and is probably one for o2's IP and Cyber team to have a look at @RafaC @Breanna @Martin-O2
The fact that all the A records point to bit.ly and that not working points to it been removed by them as breach of TOS

Thanks all for the advice & consensus - glad I trusted my gut and asked before clicking anything. Unfortunately there is no number for me to block - the sender just appears as “O2UK” so the messages appear in the same conversation history as all the genuine txts I receive from O2.
Have now reported the 2nd message to 7726. Hopefully O2 will be able to block these messages in future.
