Dear O2,

Hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to request help from you on SIM card replacement issue. I lost my SIM card but not my mobile device, so I would like to request a replacement of my SIM card. However, the issue is that when I request the replacement through My O2, a verification code is needed. Due to the lost of the old card, I am unable to receive the code through my number. So I would like to request any help from you to solve the issue.

I am looking forward to your reply and help. Thank you for taking my issue.

Best wishes,

Xiaoyang

The guide is about lost/stolen devices, but the fact is that I did not lose my device just had SIM card lost.

You follow the same guide and just say you have lost the sim card, you dont need to mention the device at all...

Or you pop into an o2 store with Photo ID, and they can issue a new sim card in store, once you pass security.

The guide is there to include lost devices and sims @Xiaoyang (which is why I told you to use it.)

If anyone picks up and uses a lost sim, YOU will be responsible for any charges made via that sim as it's registered to you.
