How do I get a rufund from starting a contract phone, as it’s took a payment out upfront so I paid that and then it mentions I had pay again upfront £305 how do I get my £30 back as I don’t want the phone?

If you did not complete the order the £30 upfront fee will be returned to your bank account in 4 to 5 days.
