Rolling plans discrepancies

received new SIM card and the leaflet offers a £15 rolling plan with 70gb instead of 25 (promo offer) but when I go to My O2 it clearly says 25 GB and there is no mention of the promo?

ok i activated the £10 rolling plan as per the advice here and feel scammed, it's only showing 10Gb instead of the 25gb in the offer i was given? what should I do now?

I tried asking O2 on Twitter a few days ago and still haven't heard back...

If not, keep pounding on o2's Social Media Team as you have done until you get an answer. Good luck!

Did you have any response? I have the same issue. I was cut off when I raised the problem with customer services so I've emailed complaintreviewservice@o2.com .
