I am an ex Virgin customer and we had free roaming in various countries. Do I get free roaming with 02 in Spain and France?

Yes, with a limit of 25GB data in any one billing period, and no more than 63 consecutive days roaming.

Note that these countries have decommissioned their 3G networks, so newer 4G-calling-capable phones, or use of eg. WhatsApp is necessary.

Help: My roaming isn't working anymore (after two or three days where everything was normal). I'm on holidays in an EU country and now my messages won't send on Whatsapp and similar apps. I can't get through to O2 on the hotline given on this website because calls cut off after 25 minutes or so in the queue (tried since Saturday). This is very frustrating and not very practical whilst traveling. What can I do?
