I live abroad most of the time and have my default phone line and data set for the foreign sim. When I travel back to uk, like I did in November and for Xmas, I switch to the O2 sim when I land at Manchester airport. Why would my most recent two monthly bills include calls that I did not receive or answer on my uk sim? The O2 bill says “Non-EU roaming charges” but I have not received any calls to my UK phone sim in the last two months.

Hard to say but I know,of a couple of cases where silent calls from Spammers have caused this

Just a guess

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
