Returning customer: MyO2 not showing my account details

Hi,

My mobile phone number has been ported back to O2 after being away with another provider for a while.  I've been through the process of validating my email/phone number and resetting the password for the myO2 account, but once logged in I cannot see any info relating to my account.

Do I just need to wait for a while, or do the O2 Gurus need to intervene to sort this out?

 

I'm keen to get this sorted, as I am also a Virgin Media customer and want to make the most of the Volt benefits.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
