Hi there, I placed an order for a new device on 28th July, I received my contract documentation via email and another email saying my order is on its way, with estimated delivery 30th July. I just checked My O2 as I hadn't received any follow-up on the delivery when it would be, found my tracker NO. and put it into DPD, and they are saying that it is being "Returned to Cosigner". I have not heard anything further from O2 about my order and DPD have not contacted me either about this, so I am very concerned. Could someone help me with this please? I see that there is a phone number I can ring however I suffer from very bad anxiety and its already through the roof as it is over this. Do O2 have a help email or support bot I could use to resolve this matter?

Your only way to get help via chat us either via Social Media or use live chat in the myo2.. o2 dont and havent had email support for many years.
