Hi can someone help me out I returned a mobile back to 02 with a tracking number,  received a notification that someone as sign for it , everytime I ring customer service they say it as not been received I have proof that they received it , what can I do .

Just because it is signed for doesnt mean it has been signed in by o2, into the inventory system, as Royal Fail have a habit of bulk signing for things when doing bulk deliveries. 

 

You will need to wait upto 14day from returning the phone, for it to be applied to your account. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
