Did you get it from a store or order online @Eb1? Are you still within the 14 change of mind period?
If you have had the phone longer than 14 days I am afraid you are stuck with it...
If less, then one of the below will help.
If a store, take it (and everything else it came with) back to the store.
If online, call customer services and tell them you want to send it back.
There are some alternative numbers to call and hints on getting through in the guide below.
